La Taverna
This room was used by the previous owners as a taverna — a place to cook, eat together and enjoy life, right next to the garden.
In 2025 we transformed this special spot into a comfortable apartment, while carefully preserving its original character.
From the apartment you can step straight into the garden and olive grove. Just a few steps further you’ll find the pool (8 × 4 meters), with comfortable loungers and a cosy little bar where you can pour yourself a cold drink.
Two comfortable bedrooms, a brand-new bathroom with a spacious shower, air conditioning in both the bedrooms and the living room, and a lovely fully equipped kitchen — perfect for those evenings when you don’t feel like dining out.
From our apartment you can fully enjoy the Italian outdoor lifestyle, discover the charm and culture of both Umbria and Tuscany, and unwind completely — with all the comfort you could wish for.
Low season
Two guests: € 100 per night
Three guests: € 130 per night
Four guests: € 160 per night
High season
Two guests: € 125 per night
Three guests: € 155 per night
Four guests: € 185 per night
High season: 16 June to 14 September (minimum stay 1 week)*
Low season: 1 January to 15 June & 15 September to 31 December (minimum stay 3 nights)
*In high season we generally rent the apartment per week. However, we understand that planning a holiday can sometimes be a puzzle. So feel free to reach out — we’re happy to think along and see what’s possible.
